A high profile, leading full-service marketing company providing interactive program management services to a wide range of clients would like offer an opportunity for an experienced project manager to conduct client-facing interactions and drive internal development processes. Must have a strong understanding of branding, information architecture, user experience and conversion path management. Will consider full-time or contract/part-time.

Position
The Interactive Project Manager is the key driver of all initiatives concerning customer interaction. The role of the Interactive Project Manager is to scope, define, manage, and lead the implementation of online projects from inception, to production launch and post-launch assessment, based on business requirements defined by the stakeholders. Those with the energy and insight to spot and present opportunities will flourish. This is a dynamic, evolving role in which the ideal candidate will be capable of understanding business challenges and developing innovative, technological and interactive solutions to achieve measurable results for the our clients. The candidate should possess the following skills and abilities:

Responsibilities
The qualified candidate will understand the dynamics and management of small and large solutions, e-commerce engines and versed in social media programs. The role of the Internet Project will be charged with the following responsibilities:

* Develop workplans, schedules and estimates * Creating strategic technology solutions based on business goals * Conduct team meetings to assess project status and address outstanding issues with project team * Crafting detailed business/technical specifications for product line enhancements, new products or specific marketing programs * Overseeing the implementation and ongoing maintenance associated with all content releases to the site * Working with Business, Marketing and IT resources to create new versions and designs of products * Providing ongoing user experience and conversion-enhancement consulting for all company owned sites

Qualifications and Experience
The Interactive Project Manager will be a truly creative thinker who thrives in a fast paced environment and has the following qualifications/skills:

* Ability to translate business and technical concepts into function specification documents * Comfortable with medium-to-large-scale web projects involving 3rd party integration, e-commerce and content management tools * Knowledge of natural search optimization best practices, content management systems and ad serving * Basic understanding of applications like: HTML, CSS, Photoshop, VISIO, Keynote, MS OFFICE, web analytics tools * Highly motivated, organized, able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines for multiple projects * 3+ years experience managing production of web content * Experience with a large scale design or redesign of site * Experience in cross-platform design, information architecture, site mapping and change control * Familiarity with information architecture/design and user experience best practices * B.S. degree or equivalent experience * Experience with search engine optimization is a plus * Excellent oral and written communications, attention to detail and organizational skills
