Meeting routinely with business owners to present them with our services and product opportunities
Assist in the daily operations of the spa
Develop and implement training techniques to achieve internal goals
Develop strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
Manage external customer's needs
Develop excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Strong performance base pay structure available. Control your own pay check as you promote our new concept by receiving attractive commissions and bonuses in addition to base salary, a free spa membership and product discounts.
