PeopleSoft Developer/Analyst-mid level

US Citizenship Required, interim Secret clearance required to start.
Duration of Position: Short term duration 3-4 months with possible month to month extension

Position Description and Responsibilities
Member of an integrated design and development team. Overall developer activities will include but are not limited to requirements analysis and definition, functional design and development, technical design and development, and product development activities in support of application enhancements and system problem resolution. PeopleSoft developer utilizing tools and coding languages related to the product. Use of technical knowledge of PeopleSoft products to identify specific regulations, processes, self service, and user-defined business rules. Integration of core HCM components (to include Benefits Administration, Global Payroll, Time and Labor and integration across components to support military business processes) and Financial Management (funds control, budgeting).

Position Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT related discipline or equivalent 5+ years experience
• 3+ years experience in a PeopleSoft technical/functional role
• Experience in PeopleSoft HCM, Financial Management 8.9 / 9.1
• Experience with PeopleSoft commitment accounting, budget, and funds control
• Experience in PeopleTools 8.5
• Hands-On experience in full software development life cycle
• Experience with conduct of fit/gap analysis
• US Citizenship
• Ability to attain DOD security clearance (Secret)
