We are looking for a motivated and talented Web Programmer / Developer

This person will work with agency account executives and designers and will be responsible for:

• Client-server & object-oriented concepts
• Cross-browser solutions
• Image brand and message development
• E-commerce initiatives & E-mail campaigns
• Total web lifecycle development
• Developing creative solutions to help achieve a variety of client goals
• Handling multiple projects at once; multitasking when necessary
• Maintaining archives and accurate filing systems for all projects

We are looking for someone who can:

• Efficiently and effectively manage time and achieve grace under pressure
• Maintain a high level of quality and professionalism in a team environment
• Take constructive criticism and incorporate it into their work
• Keep a can-do attitude & a willingness to pitch in where needed

• Stay up-to-date on new standards and trends, and develop relevant marketable strategies for our clients

Key skills required:

• 2-4 years XHTML, CSS, Javascript – Frontend Expertise
• 2 Years Flash 8, Actionscript 1.0 & 2.0
• 2-4 Years PHP, MySQL, ASP.NET, C# 2.0-3.5, MS SQL, Coldfusion
• 2-4 Years Wordpress, BuddyPress, Drupal & Joomla
• Strong grasp on a variety of CMS platforms
• Ability to work in a variety of software programs including Flash, Dreamweaver, Zend Studio, Photoshop, Illustrator, Visual Studio
• Database and custom development i.e. : Custom Forms, E-commerce, Google API Geo-coding, Custom Flash Modules, Custom Content Management, Custom Blog Development, Custom Social Networking Site Developing
• Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Marketing

Design abilities are a huge plus, but not required.
