WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for ambitious people with sales or customer service experience for a sales agent position.

Qualifications include:
-High school diploma or equivalent required /college degree preferred.
-Bilingual (Spanish and English).
-Ability to obtain an Insurance Producer license with the State of Louisiana.
-Capability to effectively analyze and assess customer inquiries and achieve sales goals.
-Knowledge of the sales process.
-Candidate must possess strong computer skills and ability to navigate in a Windows based environment.
-Typing speed of 25 wpm.
-Ability to adjust and succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
-Ability to multi-task is critical in this position.

WHAT ARE THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION?
This position resides at our Metairie office and operates in a team-based environment.

Sales Agent responsibilities include:
-Making outbound phone calls; working within established, measurable, call center metrics.
-Taking inbound service phone calls.
-Providing quotations and counseling on insurance coverage.
-Applying and adhering to appropriate underwriting guidelines to determine customer eligibility and utilizing a professional sales model.
-Demonstrating an expertise in cross -selling products and services as they relate to customer needs.
