WDSU-TV, the Hearst Television, Inc. NBC affiliate in New Orleans is looking for a team player ready to move into a truly dynamic sports market – Saints, Hornets, LSU, Final Four, Super Bowl. The ideal candidate will have a solid background covering sports issues and events. Anchoring and reporting skills carry equal weight. Applicants must demonstrate a strong live presentation and be able to develop sources and break stories. Schedule will vary according to season and needs, and some travel is required. Minimum 3 years reporting and/or anchoring experience required. College degree is strongly preferred.
