Search Influence is looking for an experienced, local web programmer to join our growing programming team. We are a national search engine and internet marketing company based in New Orleans. We are a fast-paced and growing team with a fun and rewarding work atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and add features to our custom software packages.
• Develop new tools to help support our non-technical team.
• Help automate current business activities to make the company run smoother as a whole.

You

• Have demonstrable experience writing code in a web environment. 1-2 years experience with PHP and/or Ruby is required.
• Have experience on a *NIX command line; server administration a plus.
• Keep your skills up to date with the latest techniques and tools available.
• Work well in a team environment, taking direction and giving it when necessary.
