Intralox, L.L.C., a division of Laitram, L.L.C., has an opening in their Customer Service Department for a Domestic Account Representative to provide service support to Intralox customers. This inside Account Representative will manage accounts through reactive and proactive telephone contact, working with an industry-focused team to maintain and grow sales.

Responsibilities:
· Service customer requests for quotes and orders received through multiple channels of communication.
· Assist customers with accurate transactions and industry specific product information.
· Provide conveyor recommendations and technical assistance for conveyor belting solutions.
· Utilize telephone sales and support skills to create interest and offer value-added products and services to customers.
· Build and expand customer relationships and help ensure replacement and increased business.

Requirements:
· Previous business to business customer phone support service experience.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Strong mathematical and technical aptitude.
· Working knowledge of Windows-based software.
· Self-managed, team player.
· College degree preferred.
· Willingness for occasional travel.
· Ability to work rotating shifts from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Desired Qualifications:
· Bilingual – English/Spanish a plus.
