Program Director sought for a New Orleans based music foundation's annual Summer Arts through Culture Program for teen musicians. Each year the foundation awards 16 fellowship grants to teen musicians. The program is conducted in partnership with the Lusher School's Summer Arts Intensive and Tulane University. The director manages a staff of counselors and volunteers and is responsible for the total program budget. The position requires interaction with parents, teen fellows, school officials, teachers, professional artists, musicians and their management, and calls for an individual with superb logistics and management skills. The position starts ASAP, is a full time salaried position, and will run through the first week of July. Committed individuals with applicable experience only need apply.
