Our New Orleans headquarters is always looking for Personal Lines insurance professionals for our Customer Service positions (CSRs). The Personal Lines CSR handles customer service and re-marketing activities for our existing clients. The salary range depends on experience, and would include extensive benefits. Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Ability to perform several tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism.
· Must be a self-starter, imaginative and creative with good communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Should have thorough understanding of personal lines underwriting and coverages.
· Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with others to explain complex issues, receive and interpret complex information and respond appropriately.
· Minimum two years experience in similar position with underwriting and rating background.
· Must have licenses as required by the State Department of Insurance.
· Knowledge or rating procedures, coverage, and industry operations to effectively manage, maintain, and write assigned clients.
· Full knowledge of insurance markets and reference to markets.
· Knowledge of insurance underwriting procedures. – Experience with AMS AfW a plus. – We are an Equal Opportunity Employer
