Naked Pizza’s Supply Chain Manager will manage and improve Naked Pizza supply chain systems, working with vendors to ensure that franchisees and franchisee distribution centers are properly stocked and slotted.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Review existing procedures and examines opportunities to streamline production, purchasing, warehousing, distribution, and financial forecasting to meet a company’s needs.
• Develop strategies to cut costs, improve quality, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Oversee day-to-day management of logistics functions, including warehouse and distribution operations, forecasting, planning, logistics information systems, customer service, and purchasing.
• Identify suppliers from which to source materials, selecting those suppliers, negotiating supply contracts, developing the business frameworks for those contracts, and managing suppliers.
• Monitor volume to ensure that efficiencies are being utilized at key points in the business’ expansion.
• Keep a constant and open dialogue between suppliers, management, distributors and franchise locations to solve issues before they become problems. Staying proactive and informed.

Qualifications and Skills:
• Experience with food supply chain preferably with other restaurant chains.
• Knowledge of distribution center operations, transportation, supplier operations, operations management, cost-benefit analysis, process improvement, and logistics strategy
• Understanding of MDA contracts, national shipping rates, and distributor hubs.
• Excellent management and communications skills.
• Ability to not only develop solutions, but also drive their implementation across functional areas and through to vendor organizations and supply chain partners.
• Requires analytical skills and ability to organize and streamline large amounts of distribution data into usable forms (that can be used for strategic growth purposes).
• Commissary experience a plus.
