Gameloft, an international publisher and developer of video games, is seeking a gifted Lead Artist to help create the next generation of exciting new games. Qualified candidates will work with imaginative design teams to create a wide range of new game IP, from hardcore shooters to casual sims. Our hit iPhone games include – Oregon Trail, Hero of Sparta I & II, NOVA, Avatar, Dungeon Hunter, NFL 2010, Real Soccer 2010, New York Nights, Assassin's Creed, Terminator Salvation, Asphalt 5, Let's Golf and Gangstar 1&2. As a key member of the development team, you'll take charge of the initial concept and game design and see it through to final delivery.

Job Duties
Produce and participate in graphic creation for our games;
Employee management Manage employee's performance evaluation and disciplinary follow ups Active participation in recruitment (CV and portfolio sorting; test corrections interviews; etc.)
Ensure quality is monitored
Manage and coordinate different 3D teams to produce work within given deadlines and of required quality
Recommend and give advice to local teams

Requirement
Motivated and passionate about video games
Experienced in managing teams on or off site and have knowledge of different jobs in 3D art (modeling, animation, texturing, etc.) that allow you to coordinate several teams and projects
Technical expertise in 3Ds Max; Zbrush, Crazybump, Photoshop, UDK
Knowledge of low-polygon modeling/texturing
Independent and versatile (organic modeling and environments)
Very good proficiency in texturing, and able to work in pixels
Very good sense of proportions, volume, and lighting
Skilled in animation
Thorough and organized, allowing you to work with ambitious plannings and see a project from concept through completion within given deadlines
This position entails a great deal of responsibility and requires both technical and managerial expertise
We're mainly looking for an experienced, independent, and versatile candidate
Knowledge of the technical Pipeline and all the process needed to make a game
