GCR and Associates, Inc. is a New Orleans based consulting firm developing custom software solutions for private clients as well as state and federal government. We currently have a summer position open in our IT Dept. at our corporate office in New Orleans.

The position is hourly based.

Requirements:

Review, update, and maintain network resource documentation

• servers
• workstations
• router
• switches

Review, update, and maintain production application deployment documents

Assist with server maintenance

• Windows updates
• Dell updates

Maintain SQL servers

• Review and updates backups
• manage log files

PC support hardware and software

Windows XP/7 support

Maintain support printers, scanners, and faxes

General network support

Ability to assist end users with varying level computer questions
