Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant will serve as administrative support to the Capital Projects Team.
Duties will include general administrative and project-based work.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Administrative Assistance and Project Support:
• Provide administrative and project assistance to Capital Projects Team.
• Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to, copying, faxing, mailing, scanning and
filing.
• Work with Capital projects team to determine needed supplies and equipment
• Answer phones while triaging and logging calls appropriately
• Support Capital Projects Team in project-based work as requested.
• Maintain project-related & department Lists, mailing lists, and other contact lists. This includes
ensuring that information is current.
• Prepare presentation materials and handouts
• Provide technical assistance regarding computer/software usage
• Complete other duties as assigned
Record Keeping and Information Management:
• Maintain filing system, electronic and hard
• Complete other duties as assigned
Meeting Scheduling
• Maintain list of all reoccurring CPA meetings
• Maintain department calendar : Site Visit schedules, A/E & contractor meetings, vacation
schedules, etc..
• Maintain CPA conference room scheduling
• Create agendas, correspondence & meeting summaries.
• Ensure Conference rooms is kept clean & tidy.
• Complete other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or high school diploma/GED plus three years related
experience
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Strong computer skills required: Microsoft Access, Excel, Outlook, & Word.
Salary: $25,000 – $45,000
