Job Purpose:
Assist the President/CEO with various tasks as appointed.
Duties:
• Calendar management
• Database entry and management
• Assist with event planning and execution
• Take and relay messages
• General administrative and clerical support
• Maintain event and travel budgets
• Address queries from the public
• Prepare letters and documents
• Liaison between president and the public
Skills/qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of MS Office products, internet, and other database technologies
• Detail oriented
• Excellent customer service skills
• Basic Accounting
• Organized
• Familiarity with the city of New Orleans and surrounding areas
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Problem Solving
Compensation: $15/hour. Min weekly compensation to be negotiated
Time Requirement: Flexible
Travel Required: Some
Will Train Applicant(s): Yes
