Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant’s primary responsibility is to provide support for the Organizational Effectiveness and Programmatic functions of the foundation. Specifically, the Administrative Assistant will provide administrative assistance to the Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness and Senior Vice President for Programs.
Required Qualifications
• Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to convey information and ideas clearly
• Attention to detail, quality and accuracy
• Capacity to think strategically and creatively
• Excellent problem solving skills
• An ability to work well as a member of a team
• Self-starter, with an ability to fulfill job requirements in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Flexibility in dealing with changing demands
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Education and Experience
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in an administrative support position preferred. Experience working in non-profit or community organization preferred. Demonstrated commitment or passion for community. Bachelor’s Degree or combination of related experiences required.
