Ochsner is currently seeking a Director of Retail Services for the following: The Director’s primary responsibility is to establish and lead the integration of retail across the enterprise by working with leadership, hospital stakeholders and staff to identify untapped business development opportunities. Brand, market and promote retail ventures to raise awareness of the availability of those products through various outlets. Maintain fiscally sound operations by directing the preparation and management of the division budget, as well as the ongoing analysis of operating and financial statements for profitability. Managing the day-to-day operations of multiple retail entities to achieve projected revenue targets and operate within budget guidelines. Manage all aspects of retail marketing including working with internal staff, consumer trends, market research, and product and services development. Direct or supervise staff at each location, delegate workload as appropriate, and communicate and achieve sales goals down to the associate level. Drive sales and increase bottom line profits while utilizing retail to support the hospital’s goals of improving patient satisfaction, employee engagement and continuum of patient care initiatives.

Requirements: College degree in business or related field. Minimum of seven to ten years retail management experience, with District Manager-level multi-store experience. Experience launching stores from the concept stage through store grand opening.
