Business Development Associate:

Celebration Distillation the maker of Old New Orleans Rum is seeking a qualified and motivated individual to hire as a business development associate. Old New Orleans Rum is the oldest premium rum distillery in the United States and makes three distinct and delicious rums- Old New Orleans Rum- Crystal; Amber; Cajun Spice.

We are looking for a hard working and dependable individual who is interested in business and the distilled spirit industry. This position is a great opportunity for someone interested in working for a small but expanding company.

Responsibilities Include:
• Assist in brand development and sales strategies
• Work with marketing department to implement marketing strategic plan
• Assist in digital communication efforts and social media presence
• Maintain sales account database and run daily/monthly sales reports
• Assist sales staff through promotional events and point of sale material
• Assist in various facets of the organization when necessary: office management, tasting room sales, etc.

• Time Expectations:
o Minimum of 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
• Degree in Economics, General Business, or Marketing is preferred
• 21 Years of Age and Over
• 0-5 years Experience in Related Businesses
