Responsible for managing and coordinating the Museum’s Patriots Circle Program. Reporting to the AVP, Membership & New Media, the principle responsibility is soliciting gifts of $1,000 or more through face-to-face solicitation, direct mail appeals with occasional telemarketing, as well as special events, while managing a staff of two direct reports. Bachelor’s degree required with 5 years experience in membership programs and raising annual operating income at a non-profit, social services organization or higher education environment, with proven ability to solicit contributions. Experience with solicitations of $5,000 or more is preferred. Experience with the basics of prospect research and moves management is a plus. Must have knowledge of Raiser’s Edge and proficiency with database analysis and reporting.
