The ideal candidate will have demonstrated the ability to establish effective relationships with parents and children, and safe environment in which children are encouraged to reach their full potential.

Qualifications:
Must be articulate, reliable, and have a professional demeanor
Must love children and have a passion for inspiring and mentoring staff
Two years experience in a licensed child care or preschool
Management experience helpful
National Administrator Credential as awarded by the National Child Care Association
Child Development Associated Credential
