Our Sales Trainee program will provide you with the products and solutions knowledge, as well as industry knowledge to position you for a successful career, whether this is your first job after college or if you have one to two years of work experience.

The Victaulic training program includes both field work and comprehensive training located at our corporate headquarters in Easton, PA. You will have the opportunity to work directly with Victaulic products, learn about our solutions and sales cycle, and gain in-depth knowledge of the company. This is a two-month commitment to prepare you to enter the field and eventually manage your own territory. The training combines classroom instruction, exposure to several key sales support departments, and plant visits.

Victaulic is looking for self-starters who strive for the best—individuals with strong problem solving skills, exceptional mechanical aptitude, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse customer base.

Ideal candidates hold four-year degrees in engineering, business or liberal arts, with previous sales or sales internship experience, and are open to overnight travel and relocation.

Our compensation package consists of a competitive base salary, incentive compensation plan, company automobile, and comprehensive benefit and retirement packages.
