ARTS MARKET MANAGER: The Arts Council of New Orleans seeks a full time employee to manage the Arts Market of New Orleans at Palmer Park, the popular monthly event featuring over 100 artists, live entertainment, children’s activities and food vendors. The Arts Market Manager is responsible for event logistics and budget; artists management and communication; entertainment bookings; and other duties as needed to ensure a top quality event. As the event is an activity of the Arts Council’s Arts Business Program, the Arts Market Manager will work in collaboration with senior staff and others including Finance, Marketing/PR, and Development. Ideal candidate will have a background in arts administration and/or event planning. Competitive salary and benefits.
