Responsible for leading assigned projects by ensuring all processes, operations and resources are working cohesively throughout the project’s life cycle, resulting in measurable efficiency.

• Manage schedules, budgets, assets and overall project organization to ensure requirements and project deliverables’ dates are clearly communicated, understood and executed

• Responsible for monitoring project risks and scope creep to identify potential issues and proactively recommend solutions to address them

• Assist Director of Integrated Project Management in implementing agreed-upon process/system changes

• Partner with project team leaders to present work as appropriate

• Consistently manage account team expectations, ensure delivery of the highest quality service, and solicit and act on client feedback

Regular Duties:
•Supervise and coordinate day-to-day work on all projects of assigned clients

•Facilitate communication within the project teams

•Provide timely status and reporting for all major deliverables to teams and managing supervisor
Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 2-5 years of interactive and print project management/production experience, preferably in an agency setting

Knowledge: Proficiency in MS Office, Project, PowerPoint and other common communication tools; demonstrated understanding of interactive creative/production process – certifications a plus
