Job Summary:

Manages a team of custodians and supervisors. Sees that buildings/facilities are cleaned and maintained to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with sanitation regulations. May require a high school diploma or its equivalent and at least 4 years of related experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is expected.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Protect the moral, legal and financial assets of NOLA Motorsports Park
• Continually teach associates new and better ways of doing business with an emphasis on STEWARDSHIP, ACCOUNTABILITY, and GUEST SERVICE
• Responsible for the hiring/firing and staff scheduling of custodial teams
• Responsible for Building general cleaning schedules
• Responsible for ordering inventory control of rest room supplies
• Responsible for staffing trash crews and trash pick-up
• Work closely with maintenance manager regarding building and grounds up keep and repairs.
• All other tasks as assigned

Knowledge and Skills
• Basic math skills required
• Excellent telephone skills
• Excellent Guest Service skills
• Valid drivers license
• Knowledgeable with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, AMB Orbits
• Excellent organizational skills

Physical Demands
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Moderate levels of stress
• During events may require long hours
• Walking and standing for long periods of time

Language Skills
• Must be able to communicate in English with Spanish being helpful.
