The Launch Pad is an executive suites real estate business focused on small businesses and freelancers. We are looking for an intern for the summer that could lead to something down the road. The person should be entrepreneurial and independent. We need someone who walks into a room and finds work to do. Our business launches June 1st and is already profitable through pre-sales. This new person will participate in tasks like:

setting up accounting systems
interfacing with clients
selling
developing marketing programs
marketing research
tax research
light modeling
accounts payable and receivable
event programming and setup

You'll do a little bit of everything. We need you to be confident, humble, and great with people. You should have an active interest in real estate and startups. Any experience with a startup is preferred. You will get to learn from the three active partners each with several businesses themselves. You'll interface regularly with angel investors and clients and should be extremely professional in communication. This position is bonused well.
