The Assistant Spa Director is responsible for the following:
• Assist in the daily operations of the spa
• Develop and implement training techniques to achieve internal goals
• Develop strong leadership skills to build a high performance, cross-functional team environment
• Manage external customer's needs
• Develop excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

Strong performance base pay structure available. Control your own pay check as you promote our new concept by receiving attractive commissions and bonuses in addition to base pay, a free Spa & Gym membership and product discounts.

To apply for this position, you must clearly demonstrate the following qualities:
• 3 years of Sales experience is preferred
• Great people skills
