VIA LINK seeks a part time temporary Data Support Assistant for daytime hours. The position will be for daytime business hours.

DETAILS
Position Title:

Part Time Data Support Assistant

Accountability:

HMIS System Administrator

Function:

Provide data entry support for users of Homeless Management Information System.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide HMIS data support and reporting.

• Monitor progress of HMIS data entry through regularly scheduled reporting activities and communicate report results concisely to the HMIS System Administrator

• Assume tasks and responsibilities as requested by the HMIS System Administrator

• Work effectively with VIA LINK and UNITY staff, and serve as a liaison between the agency and community and among VIA LINK departments.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Human service or related community service experience with a good working knowledge of community resources. Bachelor’s degree or previous data entry experience preferred.
• Excellent computer/database skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willingness to accept and grow from supervision.
