He/She must be able to operate with a high level of professionalism in a positive, fast paced environment, must obtain expert written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail is a must.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or 3 years working in a face paced, high energy environment
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Must be an excellent communicator and extremely organized
• Have knowledge of office skills as well as basic knowledge of the food and sales industries
• Must be able to create Excel spreadsheets and be familiar with all Microsoft Office Programs and social media sites

Position Outline and Primary Responsibilities:

•Oversee all aspects of general office coordination
•Interact with clients, vendors and visitors
•Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently via transfer or email
•Manage current social media
•Processes orders based on customer requests (internet, wholesale, cakes, wedding cakes)
•Bi-weekly payroll processing and submission for Confection Studio, Lakeside and Magazine St. employees
•Open, sort and distribute any incoming correspondence
•Filter all requests including but not limited to: Gelato Truck Events, Special Events and requests, Donations and Specialty Cakes
•Responsible for set up and coordination of meetings in and out of office; create and distribute weekly managers meeting agenda
•Create and modify documents such as invoices, reports, memos and letters
•Make travel arrangements for executive management when needed
•Ensures proper operation of equipment by completing preventative maintenance requirements, and calling for repairs
•Maintain ample amount of office supplies and re-order when necessary
•Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and follow thru on issues in a timely manner
•Maintains workflow by studying methods, implementing cost reductions ad developing reporting procedures
•Maintain monthly and weekly accounting records, reconcile invoices and prepare them for delivery to accounting
•Maintain compliance regarding all state and local licenses for Confection Studio and Retail Store Locations
•Responsible for routine maintenance, insurance and safety compliance of all Sucre Vehicles
•Responsible for coordinating Sucre Gelato Truck events and maintaining all permits necessary for operation
•Maintain company personnel records
