Seeking an Assistant Director to join the Resources for Human Development – Family House Program
Family House is a six-month residential substance abuse program for women and their children. Our goal is to provide a safe, nurturing environment for women to overcome the obstacle of addiction and build better lives for themselves, their families and their communities.
The Assistant Director works closely with the Program Director and Family House team to facilitate treatment services and community linkages necessary to provide supports. Responsibilities include: fiscal and administrative tasks, facilitating group therapy, supervision and monitoring of staff, carry a small caseload, and overall monitoring and support of the Family House model. Experience and knowledge of addictions, wellness and recovery is preferred.
Qualifications: Licensed Social Worker (LMSW, LCSW), Licensed Counselor or Licensed Addictions Counselor.
