The Print Production Manager will be expected to ensure flawless prepress, production and delivery of print, collateral and OOH tactics. The position requires the ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while creating high-quality final product within budget. The candidate will be responsible for working with Project Management, Studio, Creative, Account Service and Accounting in an effort to deliver all assets within a given time frame and budget.

Responsibilities include:

Commercial Print (digital, offset, web), Out of Home, Publication Materials Specifications for publications, vendors and Creative

Competitively bid, analyze bids and prepare final estimates Evaluate new vendors’ equipment, quality and capabilities Prepress: scatter/random proofs, revised proofs and final proofs

Quality Control: press check, bindery check
Accounting: purchase orders, final billing, billing reconciliation
Contributions to production workflow and efficiency
Managing multiple projects and working with multiple departments

Required Skills
Bachelor’s degree in an advertising-related field

2-3 years print production experience in a high-volume environment

CS 5 InDesign / Photoshop
Preflighting files with embedded preflight profiles
Packaging files for vendors to their specifications
Minor revisions to working files

Adobe Acrobat
High resolution to publications’ specifications
Low resolution for internal review and reference Preflighting to publication or vendor specifications Comment and revision documentation
