Yoga Sherpa is looking to hire a part-time Sales Manager to start immediately.

Our goal is to provide a valuable service to teachers, students, and retreat centers; we aim to help people find balance and happiness with their fellow yogis in a natural, peaceful setting. Role:

The Sales Manager will actively manage the sales process to ensure Yoga Sherpa meets its sales goals.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor marketing initiatives
• Contact incoming leads via email and phone calls
• Keep teachers moving along in the sales pipeline until they pay a deposit & at least 10 students are signed up
• Create group budgets and provide quotes to teachers
• Design postcards and flyers for retreats using existing templates
• Get teachers to pay deposits, sign a retreat leader contract
• Report all sales metrics on a weekly basis
• Support Yoga Sherpa's overall development and mission

Requirements:
• 2 years of sales experience with a successful track record
• Tech-savy
• Available to work 10 hours per week (about 2 hours per day)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Passion for yoga
• International travel experience (Mexico and Costa Rica are a plus)
• Bachelor's degree
• Basic design skills
• Dependable, hard-working, motivated, problem solver, friendly, creative
• Speak Spanish
