Ochsner Health System is growing our Organizational Development and Training Department. We are currently seeking an OD Managing Consultant for the following: Works closely with the Director of Organizational Development and Training in researching, planning, and coordinating implementation of our leadership programs. Position will focus on the proper onboarding and development of leaders, which includes, but is not limited to: Project management, designing and enhancing our professional skills course offerings, revision of our new leader onboarding program, assisting with the design and education of our talent review process, assessing the effectiveness of the program, as well as other consultative and facilitation services.

Requirements: Master's Degree in Education, Psychology, or related field with five years experience delivering training programs and curriculum development or Bachelors Degree in related field with seven plus year's experience. Knowledge of word processing programs including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Ability to function calmly under pressure situations. Must be able to transport equipment up to 75 pounds;
rolling carts and audiovisual equipment weighing 150 pounds; moving throughout the hospital or other
campuses. Stamina to conduct stand-up training sessions for up to 8 hours in length. Working environment is
indoors and climate controlled.
