FSC Interactive is seeking and Director of Operations to help run the day-to-day workings of the agency. We are looking for the right individual to help foster a work environment that provides positive energy, creativity and teamwork among employees. The goal of the position is to find ways to make the company more productive by providing effective methods in its business operations.

• Management of internal communications
• Logistics management
• Budget management
• Operational strategy
• Manage support services
• Manage third party relations

Responsibilities:

• Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the agency’s mission —
• Support better management reporting, information flow, process and organizational planning.
• Manage and coordinate communication between support and business functions.
• Play a significant role in planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
• Quality control in reporting and deliverables
• Management of agency budget in coordination with the CEO
• Calculation of profitability and hourly rate
• Invoicing and accounting as needed
• Disbursement of checks for agency expenses
• Organization of fiscal documents
• Supervise and coach staff and personnel on office procedure and policies

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience in Operational Management in a creative marketing agency
• Strong background and work experience in Finance
• Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Quickbooks
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• 3 plus years experience in bookkeeping
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style
• Budget development and oversight experience
• Commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
• Excels at operating in an fast pace, community environment
• Excellent people manager, open to direction and collaborative work style
• Ability to challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization
• Ability to look at situations from several points of view
• Persuasive with details and facts
• Delegate responsibilities effectively

This is a full time position and compensation will be based on experience.
