Artz Bagelz is now hiring a full-time Cashier/Customer Service Team Member. Experience with a POS System is a plus, but a great attitude, friendly personality and ability to handle a fast-paced environment are the primary qualifications.

Our hours are 7 am to 3 pm and the Cashier would be required to be here half an hour before open and up to one hour after close. Ideally, this person would work 3-4 days per week, including at least one weekend day.

Competitive pay plus a share of daily tips.

Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Handle customer transactions and manage the cash drawer
• Engage with customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Supervise Front Counter personnel
• Take on Front Counter duties when Front Counter personnel is not scheduled:
• Expedite orders by managing the flow of food to and from the kitchen
• Maintain a clean and orderly front room which includes the indoor and outdoor dining areas, the drink stations, and the counter
• Restock supplies in the front room including chips, beverages, beverage supplies, paper goods, and utensils
• Monitor bagel quantity and communicate needs to baker
• Perform closing and cleaning tasks at end of business day.
