The LRA Self Insurer’s Fund for Workers’ Compensation seeks a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate for this position is well organized and detail oriented for the required duties of maintaining records of interactions, transactions, requests, questions, problem solving, complaints and follow up. Individual will be required to identify prospects to generate leads and set sales appointments through high volume telephone contact. Must be able to track and analyze work data and ensure compliance.

Four year degree and experience working in an insurance agency in commercial lines highly desired.
