• Coding, implementation, testing, administration and maintenance of SharePoint (SP2010) sites
• Custom application development utilizing SharePoint (SP2010) technologies
• Design, develop and implement applications using C# and ASP.NET
• Implement new processes, procedures, technology and tools in order to improve productivity, product quality and performance.
• Evaluates new technologies and software products to determine feasibility and desirability of incorporating their capabilities within the company's products.
• Works with end users to understand business requirements and in identifying new data needs and delivery mechanisms.
• Stay current on SharePoint technologies and a strong desire to learn new skills and improve
• Strong analytical and verbal/written communication skills

Professional Knowledge and Experience

• Needs to be a hands on SharePoint Developer
• 5+ years of Object Oriented programming using .NET C#, ASP.NET
• Expert in SharePoint (SP2010) Administration (Site creation, document libraries etc.)
• Expert in SharePoint Security administration and maintenance
• Hands on SharePoint Development experience creating custom web parts, integrating content with SharePoint including indexing, and access controls
• Experience in creating .Net C# custom controls, user controls and deploying to SharePoint
• Experience with Visual Studio 2010
• Knowledge and practical experience of applications development in a distributed database environment
• Knowledge and experience working with SQL Server 2008 database

Software Experience

• SharePoint (SP2010)
• Microsoft Windows Development Environment & Tools
• Experience in Visual Studio 2010

Education

• Bachelor*s degree in Computer Science or the equivalent combination of education, training, certification and experience is required.
• Microsoft SharePoint Developer Certification considered a plus
