Intralox, L.L.C. has an opening for a Credit Administrator. This position is a member of a team responsible for the credit decision process as well as the subsequent accounts receivable management process. Responsibilities relate primarily to customer accounts in Central and South America as well as Mexico, thus fluency in Spanish is essential.
Responsibilities:
· Send credit applications to customers, verify and evaluate credit worthiness of customers, set
credit limits, make credit hold decisions.
· Manage accounts receivable including posting payments on accounts, follow-up on past due
accounts, resolving issues with customers that are delaying payment, negotiating payment
schedules with delinquent accounts, deciding on and executing other collection efforts.
· Document and report the status of past due accounts.
· Work closely with Customer Service Representatives and Field Sales to effectively service
customers’ credit and payment needs.
· Promote sales efforts with creative use of credit facilities.
· Develop effective relationships with external customers as the key financial customer contact.
· Process credit card payments.
Requirements:
· 3+ years of credit/collection or related experience
· Strong fluency in Spanish
· Strong phone skills
· Customer service attitude
· Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within Intralox and customer organizations
· Detail oriented
· Knowledge of Excel and Word
· Self-managed
· Team oriented
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Organized
