Peter Mayer is seeking an Interactive Associate Creative Director to lead the development of digital creative concepts and integrated marketing campaigns. The Interactive Associate Creative Director will lead a team of Interactive Art Directors, Designers and Copywriters, while driving collaboration with a cross-functional team of Account Planners, Strategists, Information Architects, Traditional Creatives and Developers. We are looking for a creative leader who can balance targeted, results-focused thinking and innovative uses of technology.

Requirements:
•4+ years agency experience in a creative director or associate creative director role

•Recognized expertise in interaction design, e-commerce, email marketing and online advertising

•Comprehensive knowledge of platforms and technologies for the digital channel (display ad formats, Ajax, jQuery, Mobile, Social, Flash, etc.)

•Exceptional presentation skills and communication abilities

•Portfolio of successful digital marketing campaigns developed for Fortune 500 brands

•Experience in technology, telecommunication categories a plus

•Strong conceptual thinking – both visual and interactive

•Strong leadership skills with ability to lead and mentor a design team

•Travel as required
