A fiercely independent, forward-thinking agency located in a very unique city is looking for a turbo Art Director with substance. We want a senior-level thinker, designer, artist, and craftsperson who is armed with enough digital muscle to be dangerous. We need an AD with a slight swagger, but whose ego is checked daily at the door. This Senior AD must have the talent to master the power of a technology brand, develop engaging ideas, solve day-to-day creative problems by developing savvy solutions and must never stop thinking.

Be prepared to share work that shows how you’ve rocked virtually every medium – including viral and guerilla tactics. And you must have solid broadcast experience, along with a reel that proves it.

Sounds like a job for a super-hero? Actually, it is. Cape and tights not required.

Qualifications:

• College degree in graphic design or related field
• 5+ years experience as an Art Director in an agency
• Develops powerful visual and solutions
• Team player – no egos allowed ¬– confidence is always welcome
• Conceptually intelligent with a strong design sense
• Serious broadcast experience within a range of budgets
• Understands a big idea can happen, even with the boundaries of a small media tactic
• Belief in the of the power of DM
• Digital experience required (conceptually)
• Proficient in CS4/CS5: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
