Develop and manage JEDCO's technology incubator operations. Develop and implement policies and programs that create an environment conducive for the success of entrepreneurial start ups. Professional work of a technical nature to support and counsel small businesses. Entrepreneurial experience is preferred.

Candidates should possess a minimum BA or BS in business adminstration or other relevant field with 5 years minimum experience. Excellent interpersonal communications necessary.
