Design, develop and implement a
HIV Care & Treatment Quality Mgmt (QM) & Program Evaluation Plan. Update & oversee the Ryan White
Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) process, inclusive of preparing the pertinent data and info.,
scheduling and facilitating the Steering Committee & Subcommittee meetings. Will monitor the internal
& external variables noted in the Quality Mgmt Plan on a monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual
basis to assure that progress is achieved in both the Goals & Objectives. Oversee Program Evaluation
activities & review quarterly progress in meeting the Ryan White and HOPWA indicators established
for that plan, as well as those identified in the Nat’l HIV/AIDS Strategy and by DHH/OPH. Opportunities
should be sought to disseminate info. on program achievements and QM/ Evaluation results in local,
State & federal forums, as well as peer review journals and other appropriate media. Masters in Public
Health, Business Admin., Public Admin., Health Care Admin., Behavioral/Social Science, Social Work
or a closely related field, with 3yrs of related professional exp. req. Masters in any of the above fields
with classwork in areas of Program Monitoring & Evaluation, Health Statistics / Biostatistics, Qualitative
Health Assessments and/or Behavioral Health Change preferred, with 5 or more yrs of related exp.
