Insurance & Membership Customer Service Position
The LRA Self Insurer’s Fund for Workers’ Compensation is seeking a Customer Service Representative. You will work with LRA members and prospective members to address their workers comp insurance needs. Part of these duties include focus on retention of SIF policyholders and LRA members. The ideal candidate for this position has experience working in a commercial insurance agency or brokerage, preferably in commercial lines. Candidate is well organized and detail focused to achieve the position duties of maintaining records of interactions, transactions, requests, questions, problem solving, complaints and follow up. Individual must be a self starter who will be required to identify prospects, generate leads and set sales appointments through high volume telephone contact. Must be able to track and analyze work data and ensure compliance. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills are required.
Four year degree or commensurate work experience and prior experience working in an insurance agency or for an insurance company is required.
