Branch Manager

The Branch Manager position is very critical to the overall success of our company. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and directing the overall operations of the branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for organizing, motivating and leading a team of sales consultants as well as overseeing and managing customer service and the warehouse staff. The Branch Manager is accountable for the combined performance of the team and for ensuring that everyone within their team reaches their monthly and annual targets.

The Branch Manager is responsible for all critical issues of the branch, including: – Sales and sales growth – Budgeting – Gross Margins – Operational Expenses – Safety – Customer Service – Accounts Receivable & Collections – Resolution of personnel issues – Purchasing and inventory control – The overall financial operation and profitability of the branch

Qualifications: – Minimum 5 years of proven sales and/or supervisory experience preferably in the packaging industry. – Strong, effective oral, written, persuasive and presentation skills. – Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. – Possess excellent organizational and time management skills. – Have a “think outside of the box” mentality. – Ability to establish rapport with a diverse group of business contacts. – Ability to lead and develop people – Ability to multi-task and drive results – Have a track record of proven leadership abilities (communication, relationship building, training & development, hiring and firing)

Compensation and benefits are commensurate with skill & experience level.
