Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Managing organizational resources efficiently – time, people, budget
• Developing and maintaining cost-conscious project plans that meet organizational objectives and timelines for both technology solutions and business process improvements
• Managing and communicating the status of active and pending projects to all stakeholders on a regular basis
• Create and maintain meeting minutes and action items
• Managing issue escalation and resolution
• Assessing the scope of projects, including the direct and indirect costs of completion
Candidate Profile and Experience Prerequisites
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
• Operates effectively, and with a sense of possibility, in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• High sense of urgency with ability to drive results
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Team Foundation Server is highly preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented, extremely organized, and have exceptional writing and communicating skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently
• Strong presentation skills to all levels of leadership with proven expertise in managing meetings, presentations, and design sessions. Includes coordination of regular project and ad-hoc meetings and working sessions.
• Risk assessment, negotiation and problem resolution skills
Experience
• Bachelor's degree , PPM certification a plus
• Certified Scrum Master
• At least 4+ years of project management and experience
• MUST have agile development process experience; at least one year experience managing the agile process in a dynamic environment across multiple applications and stakeholders
