Search Influence, a New Orleans based search engine marketing firm on the 2011 Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies, is looking for an organized, professional, and results-oriented Junior Account Associate to join our growing team.

The Junior Account Associate is a full-time, entry level marketing position that starts at a training rate of $10 per hour. Overtime is available, and promotion is inevitable if your work ethic and performance are a fit for our team. Training period typically lasts 3 months.

Job responsibilities: – Support Account Managers with online marketing efforts for clients in various industries, including interaction via phone and e-mails – Review, analyze and evaluate the following: data analytics, keywords, conversions, editorial content, and other aspects of online marketing – Create and review monthly reports; identify and analyze strategic opportunities for clients – Work and interact with internal departments to ensure a positive work product – Manage and maintain task list; work with and report to assigned account manager on progress on assigned tasks – Follow up on client requests

Preferred Skills: – Time Management – Deadline driven – Strong writing and editorial skills – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; including phone and e-mail – Detail oriented and resourceful – Positive Attitude / good sense of humor – Analytical Skills – Ability to work independently – Previous customer facing experience preferred (ex: customer service, sales associates, hospitality, etc.) – Familiarity with a CRM / task management system (SugarCRM, Basecamp, SalesForce)

Educational Requirements

- B.A. in Communications or B.S. in Marketing – High level of computer proficiency (including Microsoft Office) – Search Engine Marketing Experience a plus!

On the job training will be provided to train the right candidate in online marketing.
