Search Influence, a New Orleans based online marketing firm on the 2011 Inc. 500 list of fastest growing private companies, is looking for an experienced billing and administrative clerk to help our COO/CFO with billing data entry and administrative management.
This position will be in our office on Oak Street in New Orleans and is an hourly position.
A successful candidate must:
- possess incredible attention to detail
- bookkeeping experience and education
- take pride in a tremendous work ethic
- be on time without prompting
- manage time well
- type a minimum of 30 wpm
The duties of this position include:
- light HR duties
- QuickBooks familiarity (billing, receivables, payables)
- basic bookkeeping
- projects as they come up
- administrative duties
- occasional customer contact
- running errands, making reservations and other administrative tasks as assigned
You must be professional and personable in your presentation and communication with great phone and email skills.
