This position requires excellent telephone communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently, and an interest in lab services/addiction medicine. As a Patient Relations Coordinator, you will be working with patients to orient them as to our lab services, relationship with our providers, and assistance with related billing concerns. This position reports to and works in collaboration with the Executive Director of the Laboratory.
