St. Bernard Project
The St. Bernard Project (SBP) is a nonprofit disaster rebuilding organization serving residents in St. Bernard and Orleans parishes who still have not been able to return home after Hurricane Katrina. Veterans Corps seeks to enlist veterans in meaningful service that brings American families back home, while also helping to create a supportive community for veterans. Warehouse Supply Coordinator
The warehouse is a key component in completing homes in an effective and affordable manner and getting families home. Warehouse supply coordinators work as a member of the warehouse team in a variety of roles and must be prepared to adapt to maintain the tempo of operations.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse.
Clearly communicate with fellow members of the warehouse, project managers and site supervisors.
Track inventory of materials
Prepare supply kits for distribution to project sites
Assist in the logistics of transporting tools and materials between vendors, warehouse and project sites.
Compile all supply orders from Project Managers and determine the most efficient method for distribuition.
Participate in constant improvement of the warehouse and logistics process.

Ability to be flexible and learn new skills to accomplish the goals of the warehouse team

Requirements:
Willingness to learn and develop new skills.
Successful work history.
Valid State Driver’s License/Valid Social Security Number/Card or Passport
Be able to pass a Criminal Background Check
Possess verifiable references
