Experience working in sales and marketing is preferred.

Duties:

As a Business Development Associate you will market / sell our recruitment services to prospective clients and maintain existing relationships. Recruitment functions include interviewing applicants over the phone and consulting with these candidates on career choices and interview strategies. Candidates will be placed in temporary / contract assignments, temp to hire and in direct hire positions.
