Gris Gris Lab (www.grisgrislab.com) seeks 2 students for a credit based internship through a local college or university in New Orleans. This opportunity may turn into a part time paid position pending a successful completion of the internship and volunteer trial period. Gris Gris Lab is an international healing arts movement that produces multidisciplinary cultural projects, wellness events, intentional community based workshops and eco-tourist work exchange programs.

Currently there are 2 available positions for a 10-20 hour per week internship in an administrative and programming capacity.

Interns would be expected to:
Have excellent computer skills including spreadsheets, power point presentations, and online communications
Assist the Creative Director
Research
Excellent writing skills
Work at least 10 hours but no more than 20 hours per week
Attend monthly staff and cooperative potluck strategy dinners

Intern would receive:
Intentional community organizer training
Curatorial skills
Programming
Professional mentoring
Networking opportunities
Free admission to classes, workshops and events
Opportunity for hire pending successful internship after semester review
